Supply Chain Optimization Strategies

Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) selected UPKAIZEN’s Managing Director to design and lead the master’s-level study course “Management of Organisational Efficiency” (3 ECTS) for international business and management programs. The course delivers intensive, high-impact frameworks focused on process optimization, loss calculation, and shop-floor execution for operations leaders and managers.

Core Objectives & Academic Scope

The program was specifically structured to equip participants with actionable continuous improvement tools and decision-making frameworks applicable to complex operational environments:

  • Process & Loss Analysis: Independent aggregation and analysis of efficiency data, identifying hidden bottlenecks, and calculating process losses.
  • Cost-Benefit Optimization: Performing rigorous cost-benefit analyses for process improvements to enhance margins without requiring CAPEX.
  • Data-Driven Governance: Evaluating organizational performance metrics and interpreting key KPIs to logically substantiate efficiency solutions to executive stakeholders.

Being a Partner and Marketing Manager at a global software vendor in the open source segment enabled Antoine, on the one hand, to consult digital agencies to build up and extend relationships, increasing their client base and improving customer experience. And on the other hand, to build up his global marketing competencies (E-Mail/Social Media/Content/Event).

In his new role as Partner Marketing Manager, Antoine is responsible for the strategic & operative rollout of the partner marketing program to its worldwide partner network of 150+ members.
