Client Requirements

The client was looking forward to installing a mobile shelving system in one of their warehouses to improve efficiency and organization. The installation of such a system requires three key elements: supply racks, mobile parts, and installation services.

The supply racks will act as the foundation of the system, providing a secure base for all of the items that will be stored in the warehouse. The mobile parts will ensure that the system can easily be moved around the warehouse to facilitate inventory management.

Finally, the installation services will ensure that the shelving system is properly and securely installed. This installation process is essential for the proper functioning of the warehouse and inventory management system.

Our Methodology

Prior to the commencement of this project, an extensive analysis was undertaken to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the results. This involved evaluating factors such as the available space, product characteristics, load factor, and power connections.

It was essential to take each of these elements into account to ensure the project was completed in a timely, cost-effective manner, while still being of the highest quality.

Furthermore, detailed research was conducted to ascertain the best methods to use to ensure the project ran smoothly and met all the desired outcomes. As such, the team was able to make an informed decision on the best course of action to take.

The product specifications and logistics were thoroughly studied, including descriptions, Bill of Materials (BOM), volumes, dates, and other relevant details. Subsequently, in-depth market research was conducted to assess the industry standards and ensure that all products met the predetermined specifications.

Once the criteria had been established, we contacted multiple manufacturers in order to find the best price and quality ratio. We evaluated potential partners based on their experience to ensure that the project would be completed to the highest standard.

Lastly, after careful consideration, we selected the manufacturer that could best meet our needs and expectations.

The Outcomes

After extensive research and consultation with a range of industry experts, we were able to develop a comprehensive list of suppliers that are capable of providing the necessary mobile shelving installation for this project.

Each supplier was thoroughly evaluated and assessed for their qualifications, experience, and credentials in order to ensure that only the most qualified and reliable options were included in the list. Every supplier met the highest standards and provided the necessary levels of quality assurance and safety compliance.

Furthermore, the cost of each supplier was considered in order to ensure the most cost-effective solution was found. Ultimately, this process resulted in a list of suppliers that are ideal for the mobile shelving installation required for this project.
