Client Requirements

The goal was to develop an improved system for more efficiently monitoring milling products, and tracking production, sales, and orders. The client was also looking to create a new family of products to be uploaded into the software.

In order to provide a comprehensive system that meets all requirements, it was requested that a detailed Income Statement chart be included in the deliverables. This chart should provide a clear insight into the financial performance of the company and include key information such as revenues, expenses, net income, and any other relevant financial information.

Furthermore, an overview of the assumptions made by the system should be included in the deliverables, in order to ensure that the results are accurate and reliable. Finally, the chart should be presented in a clear and concise format, so that stakeholders can easily understand the results and make informed decisions.

Our Methodology

The system was completely redesigned to meet the client’s goal and provide better accuracy. We created a family of new products, including a stock table for sales, production, and deliveries, which will help the client in monitoring the performance of their business.

Additionally, an income statement chart was created to provide the client with a holistic view of their costs and the potential for cost savings. This chart will provide the client with the ability to easily analyze their financial data and make better decisions for their business. This redesign and new products will enable the client to reach their desired outcomes.

The Outcomes

This project has yielded a multitude of successful outcomes. Firstly, a new system was developed for the purpose of monitoring products associated with production, sales, and orders. This system will allow for more accurate tracking of data, and provide more efficient information storage.

Moreover, a family of new products has been created as a result of this project, which will provide a greater range of services to customers. This will also help increase profitability and create a more successful business structure. Furthermore, an income statement was generated, allowing for better budgeting and financial planning.

This will ensure that the company is able to achieve its goals and remain financially stable. Overall, this project has been incredibly beneficial to the company and will most likely lead to increased success.
