Product specifications
We have built a comprehensive list of the client’s product specifications, including detailed descriptions, dimensions, materials specifications, regulatory compliance codes, BOMs, mockups, pictures, videos, frequencies, and volumes required for delivery, lead times, MOQ, price per unit, exchange rates, insurance, and incoterms.
All of these specifications have been thoroughly examined and verified to ensure accuracy and compliance with the client’s requirements. We have also taken into account any changes in the specifications that may have been requested by the client and have adjusted the list accordingly.
Furthermore, we have cross-referenced the list with applicable industry and government standards to ensure that the product meets all applicable regulations.
Suppliers Research
We conducted extensive research into the specific industry to identify the leading producers, boutique suppliers, and mass manufacturers. We utilized a variety of data sources, including industry reports, market research, and interviews with industry experts and stakeholders.
Our investigations uncovered a variety of producers, ranging from global corporations to small, family-run businesses. We also identified a number of boutique suppliers and mass manufacturers, each of which operates with a distinct business model and provides a unique set of goods and services.
Our research enabled us to create a comprehensive overview of the entire industry, allowing us to identify the most promising opportunities.

We provided a comprehensive list of fully compliant suppliers/manufacturers to our clients, which included a detailed breakdown of all item prices and delivery methods. We have successfully delivered a filtered list of regional suppliers per item to both Canada and the United States. It was a comprehensive matrix of all suppliers tailored to the specific requirements of the project.
The matrix was provided in the convenient Google Spreadsheet format, making it easy to access, update and work with. This matrix provided a comprehensive overview of all suppliers and their associated information, allowing for easy comparison and analysis.
