I am an industrial engineer with a profound passion for productivity and the optimization of operations and supply chain in the digital era. With over 25 years of professional experience in multinational corporations across diverse sectors, including PepsiCo, Walmart, Fonterra, Prysmian, IFF, Brinks, Royal Canin, I’ve had the privilege of leading and collaborating on critical projects across the end-to-end operational stages of the supply chain, encompassing production, warehousing, logistics, maintenance, and engineering management, building the foundational operational excellence now amplified by digital transformation and Industry 4.0.

I take pride in having contributed to the success of numerous SMEs and startups worldwide, as well as collaborating with international organizations such as the World Health Organization. In 2018, I founded UpKaizen, a venture I continue to lead, driving efficiency through innovation. Complementing my work at UpKaizen, I have led digital training initiatives in operational excellence, covering everything from the fundamentals of operations and supply chain management to digital transformation and Industry 4.0, impacting over 25,000 students worldwide on platforms like Udemy. My strong academic background in engineering and management, complemented by certifications in supply chain management and Kaizen for process engineering, provides the robust framework crucial for digital implementation and driving efficiency. My commitment to sharing knowledge also extends to academia, where I’ve lectured on Probability and Statistics at the University of Buenos Aires and other leading universities.
